Project Details:

• AIILSG undertaking many assessment works which are done under state authority for collecting database from all 166 ULBs. Here identical work has been given by Department of Urban Administration & Development Chhattisgarh to AIILSG for collection of Urban Water Supply, Sanitation & Solid Waste Management in Chhattisgarh for initiating the 14th Finance Commission Grant.
• c) Project Description:
  • Performance Assessment System (PAS) module is organized to known the data of yearly record of Urban Water Supply, Sanitation & Solid Waste Management that are been carried out across Chhattisgarh for 166 ULBs. The project deals with Performance Assessment of urban local bodies for the states of Chhattisgarh. Performance assessment helps the ULB to identify areas of well performing and poorly performing areas in the three sectors.
  • To be able to get the targeted output the State has appointed All India Institute of Local Self- Government (AIILSG) through open tender. AIILSG, Raipur working in this assignment. The team worked for the collection of data, data compilation, assisted the ULBs in data entry in PAS Portal, validation of data entered in the portal. The team followed up rigorously with the cities and completed the assignment as per timeline. Online Workshops has organised for ULBs officials to understand the standardised benchmarks and trained the ULBs officials about data collection and the methodology of data compilation. The Team is working efficiently to come up with the targeted results.

  Details of Region Project is Implemented:

  Performance Assessment System (PAS) module for Urban Water Supply, Sanitation& Solid Waste Management in Chhattisgarh which covers all 166 ULBs. Database is to be gathered from all defined ULBs to rectify and analyze it.
